What Do Employers Want?

Employers want responsible, mature, professionals with experience and skills sets that add value to the organization.  Make sure that your resume clearly communicates this.   In all of your interaction with an organization demonstrate professional behavior.  Follow up, communicate clearly and go the extra mile to underscore your commitment to contributing to their organization.
