Job Interview Advice
The most important advice that we can give you is
1) DO YOUR HOMEWORK -- find out as much
as you can about the firm and the position you are interviewing for, and 2)
BE YOUR PROFESSIONAL SELF IN INTERVIEWS. Remember that
this is also an opportunity for you to evaluate the "fit" of this job for
you. The recruiter on the other side of that table is a human being who has
been in your shoes - talk to her/him - get to know them, ask their opinion
and advice...make it a two way conversation. Find out as much as you can
about the organization and this job. When you leave an interview, you
should feel like you did your best to get to know the company, the position
and the recruiter.
