Introduction
Welcome
to my home page. I joined the faculty at Illinois State University in
1976. I am the Director of the International Business Program and a professor
in the Department of Management and Quantitative Methods where I have taught
International Management, Business in a Multicultural Environment, Advanced
Managerial Communication, Introduction to Business, and Advanced Business
Communication. I received my doctorate, an M.A. and my M.B.A. from the
University of Oklahoma. I have the Staatsexamen in English from the
Albert-Luwigs-Universität Freiburg, Germany, and the Assessorenexamen from
the Studienseminar in Freiburg, Germany.
My
research interests concentrate on cultural influences on international
business, management of expatriation, and intercultural managerial
communication.
